ARMOCROMY - Michela Vedovelli
Color harmony is a study that deals with identifying the colors that best adapt to the natural color of a person's skin, eyes and hair. It is based on the theory that each individual has a "season" or "palette" of colors that enhance them most.
The four seasons of armochromia are:
Spring: warm and bright colors, such as peach, emerald green and coral.
Summer: fresh and soft colors, such as antique pink, light blue and lavender.
Autumn: Warm, earthy colors, such as brown, burnt orange and olive green.
Winter: cold and intense colors, such as midnight blue, bright red and black.
Color matching helps people choose colors that flatter their complexion, making them look brighter and healthier.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that involves physical, mental and emotional relaxation through a guided practice of mindfulness and meditation. Yoga Nidra is often used to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and promote overall well-being.
SNACK IN THE OLIVE GROVE FOR CHILDREN
MAGICAL OLIVE GROVE - Nursery and primary schools
"Magic olive grove". We asked schools to participate, inviting children to be inspired by their imagination and create wonderful colorful drawings. During the event, these drawings will be on display, adding a touch of magic to the event. The invitation is open to all children, including those who wish to participate outside of school.
